can i just take a protein shake or bar immediatly after a workout only on chest days to only target my chest?

The only muscle I’m interested in building a the present time is my pectorals, so if I only take a protein supplement on my chest workout days (twice a week) will that only target my chest? Also, what kind of protein supplement would do this best? I’m thinking whey. Finaly, how much of that protein should I take?
