for thighs, lay on your back and put your legs in the air– like you’re sitting in a chair. and move them around like you’re riding a bicycle, in circles. squats can help too. For abs, really the best thing you can do is sit ups/crunches. You could make it more interesting by pointing your elbows out, and when you go to sit up, make your right elbow touch your left knee, then go back down, come back up and make your left elbow touch your right knee, etc.
My yoga teacher has the flattest stomach I’ve ever seen, and perfect thighs! Yoga gets my vote.
